OUR MISSION
Our goal is to make our 40 years of experience in the die casting industry available to all companies operating in this field, from the production of radiators, to the production of structural components for the automotive, to the production of any other die casted component, by implementing strategies and solutions for continuous improvement and implementation of the production process.
To achieve these results FG diecasting provides its experience and its analysis method, studied and tested for years in the field, for the resolution of the causes of downtime, cycle time and scrap for the foundry department as well as for the downstream departments.
FG diecasting also takes care of the operational direction, start-up, management and efficiency of the die casting plants; as well as possibly pointing out which are the most suitable and performing machines to be included in the production process.
Given the important experience gained over the years in the R&D department and having personally realized important innovative patents of production systems and products, FG diecasting can support you in improving plants and products customized to your requirements.
Upon spending many years working in production departments solving a wide variety of daily problems, from the organization, to the downtime, to the scrap, to loss of production, and anything else that did not allow for the achievement of the company goals, we have realized that in order to achieve good results and maintain them over time, it is crucial to be able to convey to the staff the basic concepts of how to carry out a good analysis of the problems encountered in order to arrive at a permanent solution.
This is why we have started training field operators with simple tools that they can apply directly. It was only after introducing this type of training that we found a very important improvement in production and in the ability of the staff to handle any unforeseen event related to the process.
